BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

​By using this service to book a table, you are entering into a direct agreement with our restaurant. The booking platform or service provider holds no responsibility for this agreement or any

related obligations.

 

Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email from us.

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation in one of the following ways:

- By clicking the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

- By calling us during our opening hours.

 

Cancellation Conditions:

- Reservations can be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled arrival time.

- Late cancellations, failure to cancel and fewer arrivals than expected will be      considered a no-show.

- In the event of a no-show, a fee of NOK 500 per person will apply.

 

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation. If this occurs, we will contact you directly.
We also reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and for any reason if we suspect misuse or abuse of the booking service.

 

Personal Data and Privacy

When you book a table, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and mobile number. This data is securely stored in our customer database to facilitate future bookings and ensure high-quality service.

By accepting these terms, you agree that we may use your contact information to communicate with you regarding current and future reservations.

If you wish to have your personal data deleted, please send us a written request. We will delete your information as soon as possible upon receiving the request.

We shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for technical issues, errors in the booking process, incidental damages, loss of profit or any other loss related to your reservation.
